- 250mL rice milk or dairy alternative
- 1 banana
- 1 tbs hemp seed powder
- 1 tbs peanut butter
- 1/2 tbs cacao
- 2-3 dates (optional for sweetness)
- 3-4 ice cubes
Today I topped mine off with some smoothie sprinkles - Power Super Foods cacao crunch, Loving Earth buckinis and Honest to Goodness coconut - All available from my favourite co-op Sweet Harmony. Not necessary but gives a little crunch factor while you sit back and enjoy your smoothie (and it looks pretty!).
