If you are feeling like a bit of a treat and need a protein hit try these! These super easy Peanut Butter Cookies are delicious!
- 1 cup Power Super Foods coconut sugar
- 2/3 cup peanut butter
- 1/3 cup tahini
- 1 egg
- optional 2 tbs choc chips or cacao nibs
Preheat oven to 180°C and line a baking tray with baking paper.
Combine all ingredients and with slightly wet hands roll into balls and press with the back of a fork.
Bake for 7-9 minutes.
Serve with a chocolate milk or Chocolate Chiller
